About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development, learning, and wellbeing within a high-quality environment.

✅ Requirements

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, and colleagues
  • A team player with a positive attitude

We’re currently looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our exceptional team of educators. Key Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children aged 0–5 years.
  • Plan and deliver creative, play-based activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, addressing individual needs and celebrating milestones.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on their child’s development.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a smooth, cohesive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, attendance logs, and safeguarding documentation.
  • Follow safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing.


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Certificate (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a Nursery Practitioner (preferred).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork abilities.
  • Passion: A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
