We’re looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our award-winning team at Nursery Rhymes – Knighton

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development, learning, and wellbeing within a high-quality environment.

Yes, there’s paperwork, planning, and responsibility—but you’ll be supported by an experienced and friendly team who work together to make each day run smoothly.

✅ Requirements

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, and colleagues
  • A team player with a positive attitude

Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Nursery Rhymes Knighton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Assistant to join our caring team.

  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Mondays and Fridays (specific days required
  • £12.85 per hour
  • Additional hours may be available, working across our two settings in Stoneygate and Knighton, just a few minutes apart.


Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification or above in childcare or a related field
  • Paediatric First Aid trained
  • A strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • SENDCO training is desirable but not essential
  • A good standard of written English
